Helpful details: your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version (Profile → About once released) and what happened. Please don't send health data, photos or other private content unless you choose to.

Subscriptions

ALL FEATURES ARE FREE. Use the app without an account. The free version will include only occasional, dismissible ads for other apps by the same developer. An optional subscription removes all ads and automatic signup reminders in all of our apps on your iPhone. No subscription is needed for app functionality. Supporter subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple and remove ads in all of our apps on your iPhone; sign in to your optional account to keep ad-free on every device. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
